A new future for Sayori's Fate?! Yes! That's right. I have thought more, and I will re-do the game (since I - sadly, looking at things now - deleted it completely) but instead of making it a game - I won't let people play it. What, why? Because the game will be played and put on YouTube! Stay tuned for it...

Protanogist and theirs character The protagonist is one of the most important characters in every story, ever - mostly. The narrator also, and since the narrator in most Danganronpa games is also the head character... I decided to come up with a character for the player. Gender First of all, the protagonist will be (until I will work on options to change genders of the player) genter neutral - Alter Ego will just use the word "Player", and say "they/them". I want to make things clear: if that's insulting, sorry. I just try to make the game okay for everyone, but I don't know all the pronouns and stuff related to them, since I just use she/her. Name The protagonist's name is important. I guess I will leave them as "Player", and after some coding, I will program the game to say something else (it may be uneasy, since Scratch needs textboxes programmed by them to add things like recognizing the user's profile name, etc. That may lead the game ...

Problem's with CHIHIRO: ALTER EGO's name

There are a lot of problems with this name. First, it's long . Too long name may not be so cool for players - let's take for example "Doki Doki Literature Club". Most of the people just say "Doki Doki", instead of the full name - which is okay, but when my title is "Chihiro: Alter Ego" - what are people supposed to say? Chihiro? Alter Ego? Those are both names of the characters, which may confuse someone for sure. Or, also, confuse me (kinda).  This name don't fit. Why Chihiro: Alter Ego would be here? This game won't include Chihiro, but Alter Ego - those are different characters, even if some could say the same. But on the other hand - it's kinda understandable, since it's "other Chihiro" Another problem is... this title is a spoiler. Yeah, this title is a spoiler to the mechanics and what will be in the game. But, it's not Danganronpa fangame - I mean, it is, but more like a "dating-sim"(more accurate is ...

Music in my games

For a long, long time, I didn't leave any music in my games at all . Not even the Scratch beats, which include many random music! I mean, copyright. The same could go for sprites, backgrounds, etc - but I always leave credits. Then why didn't I put music? Mostly because of the code being hard enough, and the music would make it just more difficult. But with how my  newest project  is going (well, fastly, that is), I'm thinking of implementing some music into it. But maybe not music music, but just lyrics. Like I stated in the "credits" of my game, it's inspired by "Monika After Story" mode, which included "talk" button. I wan't to try that too - and maybe allow Alter Ego to sing! (Well, not sing sing... but I can make him sing sing too). So - if anyone ever wanted to hear something in my projects - now it's possible! Stay tuned! Dev.

 Even though I was updating the game for a long time, there wasn't as much updates on it on my blog. Why? I'm asking myself this question today, and hopefully I will come up with an answer. First off, let's start with a simple dialogue that Alter Ego says at the start -  "Oh? Master?". He clearly looks out for another person, that is not the player. At the start, I'm already implementing three characters - the player , Alter Ego ,   and Chihiro . Alter Ego is the one this game is mostly about, and I will need to think about him the most: write dialogues compatible to his character, download more sprites, think of some fancy events occuring. Why am I writing this? To put it simple: It of course may be a spoiler. I mean, why would it be, if the game is about Alter Ego already? It's not a spoiler spoiler, it more like shows out one of the first assets of the game: the script. If the script isn't ready to be shown to public, I wouldn't want to discuss...

Why long? What will it be about? Here's a list of questions that may be asked, and answers to them!: ━What is this game about?: "CHIHIRO: ALTER EGO" is mostly made to make people be able to talk with Alter Ego! My concept for this game to be a wholesome game you can play anytime to boost your happiness! ━Will it be done until 2022?: This question is really hard to answer, and I don't have many good news: I think that it wont be done until 2022, and it's because of many things, but mostly because I'm working alone on this project. ━When will the demo be released? I plan on realesing the demo in 3 months or so - I need at least 10 dialogues ready for that. ━Can I modificate the game?: Sure! Made from 08.02.2021 to today, in progress... An adorable talking simulator with this cute girl  boy! Plan on making the demo accesible to play: next three months. W ell, mostly because of my school and because I want the game to be longer than just 2 minutes and that's all: I want at least 10 topics to be in the game before showing the demo. Can you show more than just a screenshot? I wan't the game to be a more secret-like for now... so the answer is simply: no, I can't. It doesn't look fancy... Well, it may not look cool for now, or the title be simple - but it's an early build, and the looks aren't the most imporant part for now - it's the code and script. Another game you won't finish?  raport on 30.01.2021 Today's raport may seem quite small. I apologise - but I had a lot of homework to do, and my projects had to wait. What game did I update? I wanted to check out my older games - new projects are important too, but old games need to be done already, right? So, I looked at " RUN, KOMAEDA, RUN! " - and I noticed a few things to do. Run Komaeda, Run! ─ First off, the space button. Komaeda did react to clicking it, but not in the way that I wanted him to do. His sprites made a jumping-like look, but himself he didn't jump. So, I changed it - now if Nagito sense clicking the space button, he will actually jump - in whatever place he will be, at some seconds he will jump! ─ Second, I noticed I needed to also make him change sprites after jumping. So, after jumping now, he will change his sprite back to normal.  Raport from 25.01.2021 Raport Hi! Today I come up with another raport - this time it's about, yes, a new game. I know... I really do. Can I even call it a raport then? Well, it's still about the games, so, my ''work'' - I guess I can call it a raport then. About the game For today, I worked hard for a project - not a fangame this time. The game is called ''phone'' (might change the title later, of course) and is about ''checking your girlfriend's phone''.  Credits The idea itself of a interactive phone is based off many games where you can search through someone's phone - for example like in Replica, where you find someone's phone and learn about the person. Ren'py and my new adventure with it

 Ren'py and my new adventure with it Ren'py is a programming engine. Long, long time ago I downloaded it for the first time. I completely didn't know what it does, how it does, where it does. In short - I knew nothing about the program.  The first time I looked at ren'py again was 2, maybe 3 to 4 days ago, when I got in mind that it's the only way for me to make some game. And today I learned to make a simple script, show and hide a character. I wanted to share - since it's a big deal for me. Also, here's a sneak-peek! The game's name is "Fate" (well, for now - 21.01.2021), and it won't really be about Doki Doki or some other game. It will be my own project and story. The script for now - all I can show...  About Doki Doki fangames I worked on.  I'm not gonna make them - at least not on Scratch - anymore. It's, like I said in my previous post, against the IP Guidlines from what I understand. Here's all I had from the ''Yuri'' game:  Game's Menu  Dialogues Script: "Today was supposed to be another boring, normal day at school.  But as I woke up...  Quick about Sayori's Fate. I checked the IP Guidelines, and fangame thing. It may take longer time, because since it's not a mod, I will have to work more on the game's design, CG's, background's! But that don't mean I will stop working on the game itself - I will try to make it okay for the guidelines, or educate myself on the mode working, so I could make a mod then. More about Sayori's Fate...again Sayori's Fate is, like I said in my other post ( this one! ), one of my favorite projects. It's still unshared so I'm not sure about other's reactions, but for me, I think it will be a good game. Well, at least for me. This post is mostly about Sayori, Doki Doki, the game's plots and things. May have spoilers! About Sayori. Sayori was my favorite girl for most of the time, just look at her smile and her backstory. This may be why I'm doing the game (Sayori's Fate). I want the game to show her tragic life more, I'm not sure if it would be written from another point of view (not Sayori's, maybe MC's, unknown) or Sayori's. For sure it won't be Yuri or Natsuki, since they didn't do as much in Sayori's story. Sayori's backstory. As known, she was the 'happy, cheerful' girl at start, but the first 2 hours of gameplay told us much more than that. She's a depressed, unsure about herself...

  Sayori's Fate have been a very much adored project by me! I have so many plots in my head to write out, I really can't stand my slow programming skills! Meanwhile, here are some things I did already. What's new, what's needed to still be done? I still need to: -download sprites and put them into the game, the same goes for backgrounds and cg's, -make up a more stabile story, -make my own textboxes, -write down the story, -make routes/end's, -check the grammar. For now that's all I think I need to do. What I have for now? I already made: -main menu! it's looks are done and looking okay in my opinion for now. however, it may change with time to be more specific, -small code.   small teaser of another doki-game! Yes, another game. Too much of them, and they are all undone? Yes, I know about that too. A teaser for yet another visual novel. This time, I will publish it shortly after making a little of story as a demo, so people could play it.  For now, I already have a bit of story in my mind for the game, and made a look for it, if I can call it that. The game is called Sayori's Fate. But will it be about her? Will she be the protagonist? What stories will it tell?

  and once again, a raport! This time I decided to look at my older games. More exactly, 'Run Nagito, Run!'. I changed some looks and speed, also the space button finally does something. I looked at my Doki Doki game too.  I wanted to say the story of Crush Crush v4 for what can you see for now, so spoiler alert! I will tell it there. Again, the story is a major spoiler for the game and how it will go, so maybe wait and play for yourself later... Spoilers for Crush Crush v4 - summing up the game! Crush Crush v4 tells a story about a killing game. At the start we meet the main character and got told about their love story with Cassie. One day they went up on a date, but then... got put into a dangerous situation. The second thing we can see is a new character, Ruri. Cassie gets mad, and yells at her.  its another year! It's another year, which means I have to give some reports on updates. The most-updated game is Angie's Ritual for now. I'm mostly fixing bugs and smoothing the animations. New dialogues are being added too. There is also, yes, another game being made. It's a mix between Crush Crush (avaible on Steam for free!) and Danganronpa series. I hope you will enjoy all my creations.
